Bat Trang
While in Hanoi and waiting to go out to Sapa and Ha Long Bay Miss Hue has taken us to the town of Bat Trang. The town produces a lot of pottery. There are many stores and factories there. We visited one to watch pottery being made.

Spinning

Molds
This Mold is clamped together and waiting to have ceramic mix poured in.
Glazing
This lady is dipping the pottery in a glaze.
Painting
A group of ladies paint the designs on the china.
Bicycle
A bicycle in Bat Trang with a built on shelf for delivering pottery.
Street
Vehicles on the street carying sand clay and everything thing else.
Lady and Daughter
This lady lives next to one of the pottery factories and showrooms on the main street. She has a small restaurant. I stopped in to buy a soda.
